As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you will build scalable UI components, partner with design and product teams to ship features that users love, and mentor junior engineers. You’ll work with React and TypeScript to deliver accessible, high-performance interfaces while maintaining a delightful developer experience.

Responsibility
- Architect and implement scalable UI components in React and TypeScript that are accessible and performant.
- Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to define and ship features end-to-end.
- Mentor junior engineers, conduct thoughtful code reviews, and promote best practices.
- Champion accessibility, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Develop and maintain unit/integration tests; contribute to CI/CD improvements.
- Drive performance optimizations and contribute to frontend architecture decisions.
- Participate in agile ceremonies and maintain clear, asynchronous documentation.
Qualification
- 5+ years of frontend development experience with React and TypeScript.
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and responsive design; deep knowledge of accessibility standards.
- Experience with bundlers (Vite/Webpack), testing (Jest/RTL), and state management (Redux or Zustand).
- Familiarity with REST/GraphQL APIs and modern API integration patterns.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a remote, asynchronous environment across time zones.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
