Join People Profilers as a Senior Full Stack Developer based in Manila. This is a hands on, high impact role where you will design, build and maintain scalable web applications using modern frontend and backend technologies. You will work closely with product managers, designers and other engineers to deliver high quality software, optimize performance, and ensure robust security and reliability. Relocation to the Philippines is provided for qualified candidates, with support to settle in quickly and begin contributing from day one.
In this role you will contribute across the entire software lifecycle. You will translate product requirements into robust features, write clean, well tested code, and participate in architecture discussions. You will own major components of the system and collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure a delightful user experience and reliable operations.
Our tech stack includes modern frontend frameworks such as React and Angular, server side logic with Node.js and Python, and data storage using PostgreSQL or MySQL. You will design and consume RESTful and GraphQL APIs, optimize queries, implement caching strategies, and work with cloud infrastructure on AWS or other platforms. You will also champion code quality through testing, reviews, and continuous integration.

Responsibility
- Lead end to end development of complex web applications across frontend and backend.
- Architect scalable, secure APIs and services to support product growth.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA to deliver high quality software.
- Refactor legacy code and implement modern design patterns and best practices.
- Mentor and coach junior developers, conduct code reviews, and foster a culture of learning.
- Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability by optimizing database queries and caching strategies.
- Drive CI/CD processes, automated testing, and quality gates to maintain ship-ready software.
- Contribute to architecture decisions and stay current with industry trends.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of professional full stack development across frontend and backend.
- Strong expertise in frontend frameworks (React or Angular) and backend (Node.js, Python).
- Proficient with REST APIs, GraphQL, and database design with PostgreSQL or MySQL.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiar with CI/CD, testing strategies (unit, integration), and code quality tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; relocation readiness for Manila is a plus.
