Join NovaPlay Studios as a Senior Game Streaming Producer. This role blends creative leadership with technical execution to deliver high-impact live streams that captivate gaming audiences across platforms.
You will own end-to-end streaming operations, from concept to on-air execution, ensuring top-tier quality, reliability, and audience growth. Collaborate with creators, editors, and technical teams to craft compelling formats that align with brand goals and sponsor partnerships.
Responsibility
- Develop and manage comprehensive streaming content calendars across Twitch, YouTube, and social channels.
- Lead end-to-end live productions, including run-of-show, segment timing, and talent coaching.
- Collaborate with game studios, editors, and tech teams to plan formats, drops, and exclusive streams.
- Oversee technical setup and production quality: OBS/Streamlabs configurations, encoding settings, audio, lighting, and on-air graphics.
- Monitor stream health, perform pre-show test streams, and troubleshoot issues in real time.
- Analyze performance metrics (views, retention, chat sentiment) and drive data-informed optimizations.
- Manage budgets, sponsorship integrations, ad reads, and cross-promotions for monetization and brand alignment.
- Mentor junior producers and on-screen talent, sharing best practices for engagement and on-camera presence.
Qualification
- 5+ years in live streaming, game media, or related production roles.
- Proven track record of growing audiences and engagement on gaming streams.
- Proficiency with streaming software and platforms: OBS/Streamlabs, Twitch, YouTube, and RTMP workflows.
- Strong project management and communication skills; ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Experience with video editing (Premiere Pro, Final Cut) and basic graphic design/editing tools.
- Solid understanding of encoding, bitrate, resolution, and network considerations for professional streams.
- Ability to work flexible hours to cover live events, premieres, and post-show activities.
