PulsePlay Interactive is seeking a Senior Game Streaming Producer to oversee live production across our flagship channels and partner events. This role blends narrative storytelling, technical production, and data-driven optimization to deliver immersive experiences for gaming communities.
As the Senior Game Streaming Producer, you will own end-to-end live streams from concept to post-production, coordinating with content creators, production crews, and platform partners to ensure consistently high-quality broadcasts that drive engagement and growth.
Located in Seattle with a flexible, remote-friendly approach, this role offers the chance to shape how millions of players experience our titles in real time. You will report to the Head of Live & Creative Operations and collaborate with Content, Marketing, and Partnerships teams.
Responsibility
- Lead planning and execution for weekly live streams, product reveals, community events, and sponsored campaigns.
- Oversee pre-production, on-air direction, post-production, and quality assurance across Twitch, YouTube, and other streaming platforms.
- Design engaging stream formats, host scripts, guest coordination, and sponsor integrations to maximize retention and conversion.
- Manage production calendar, asset pipelines, vendor relationships, and on-site logistics for events.
- Lead and mentor a small production team, including hosts, editors, and technical crew; foster a collaborative, high-performance culture.
- Optimize streaming workflows using OBS/vMix, RTMP, encoding settings, and hardware setup to achieve low latency and high visual fidelity.
- Analyze performance metrics, conduct A/B tests, and collect audience feedback to continuously improve shows and formats.
- Ensure compliance with platform policies, brand guidelines, and accessibility standards across all broadcasts.
Qualification
- 5+ years in live streaming, game production, or digital broadcast with a track record of successful broadcasts.
- Strong on-air presence, storytelling ability, and experience as a host or producer for gaming content.
- Deep knowledge of live production software (OBS, vMix, Wirecast) and streaming tech (RTMP, CDNs, encoding).
- Excellent project management, cross-functional communication, and leadership skills.
- Data-driven with proficiency in analytics, dashboards, and performance optimization.
- Ability to work in or relocate to Seattle; remote-season flexibility and willingness to travel for events.
- Existing network in gaming and creator communities is a plus; bachelorβs degree in a related field preferred.
