Job description
We are seeking a Senior Game Streaming Producer to lead live content creation for a network of gaming channels. You will collaborate with developers, editors, and community managers to produce high-energy broadcasts that engage millions of viewers.
At Nebula Byte Studios, you’ll own the end-to-end live stream strategy, from concept to performance: show formats, guest segments, on-air talent coaching, and real-time production decisions.
This role blends storytelling, live direction, and data-driven optimization to grow audience, retention, and monetization through sponsorships, subscriptions, and in-stream features.
Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end live production for multiple game streams, including pre-show, main events, and post-show wrap-ups.
- Develop show formats, run-of-show, and guest schedules; coordinate with technical and creative teams.
- Direct live on-air talent, chats, and audience engagement to maximize retention and watch-time.
- Collaborate with game developers and publishers for exclusive content drops and cross-promotions.
- Analyze stream metrics (watch time, drop-off, chat sentiment) and implement improvements weekly.
- Manage streaming tech stack (OBS/Streamlabs, RTMP, overlays) and ensure high reliability and low latency.
- Oversee post-production edits, cuts, and highlight reels for social channels.
- Own safety, compliance, and brand guidelines across all streams.
Qualification
- 5+ years in live streaming, broadcast, or gaming media production.
- Proven experience with OBS Studio, Streamlabs, and multi-camera switching.
- Strong on-air presence, storytelling, and voice direction.
- Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze metrics and optimize content.
- Excellent coordination and stakeholder management across departments.
- Familiarity with sponsorship integration, ad reads, and monetization strategy.
- Shipped at least 3-5 successful live streams or events with measurable impact.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment; flexible hours for global audiences.
