Job description
Join NebulaForge Media as a Senior Game Streaming Producer and lead the live broadcast experience for top-tier titles and upcoming launches. You will partner with game studios, creative directors, and marketing to plan, execute, and optimize multi-platform streams that captivate audiences worldwide.
In this role you will set the strategic direction for live shows, oversee technical execution, and coach host talent to deliver polished, on-brand performances. You will champion audience engagement and sponsorship integrations that drive growth and measurable impact.
Responsibility
- Lead end to end production of live game streams from pre-show planning to post stream recap across Twitch, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Partner with game studios, marketing, and creative teams to craft compelling narratives and show formats.
- Manage technical setup including OBS/Streamlabs configurations, scenes, overlays, audio routing, and backups.
- Direct on camera talent, cueing, pacing, and performance coaching to ensure high production value.
- Design and implement audience engagement tactics such as polls, chat interactions, community events, and sponsorship integrations.
- Monitor stream performance metrics, perform post event analysis, and iterate formats for growth.
- Coordinate with sponsors and partners to deliver branded segments and seamless promotions.
Qualification
- 5+ years of experience in live streaming, game production, or broadcast operations.
- Proficiency with OBS Studio, Streamlabs, XSplit, or equivalent streaming tools.
- Strong understanding of multi platform streaming and audience development.
- Excellent communication, project management, and cross functional collaboration.
- Experience coaching on camera talent and on-screen presenting.
- Familiarity with basic video editing and motion graphics tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects) is a plus.
- Ability to work under tight schedules, adapt quickly to live environments, and manage on call during launches.
