Job description
NovaPlay Studios is seeking a Senior Game Streaming Producer to lead end-to-end live productions for our growing roster of game titles and creator partners. You will own the live broadcast experience from pre-production through post-show analytics, shaping content strategy and audience growth across platforms.
As a key leader in our studio, you will collaborate with creators, editors, and marketing to deliver high-energy, production-quality streams that resonate with players and fans worldwide.
Responsibility
- Lead planning and execution of weekly live streams, launches, and events across Twitch, YouTube, and additional platforms.
- Oversee pre-production, run-of-show, post-production, budgeting, and talent coordination.
- Manage technical setup including OBS Studio, Streamlabs, encoding, audio, and switcher workflows.
- Collaborate with content strategy and marketing to optimize reach, retention, and monetization.
- Develop and maintain SOPs, QA processes, and post-event analytics dashboards.
- Foster creator partnerships, negotiate sponsorship integrations, and ensure on-brand storytelling.
Qualification
- 5+ years in live streaming, broadcast, or gaming production roles.
- Proficiency with OBS Studio, Streamlabs, and multi-camera production workflows.
- Experience with Twitch and YouTube Live; strong skills in titles, tags, thumbnails, and scheduling.
- Excellent project management, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Strong analytical mindset; ability to translate data into actionable improvements.
- Portfolio of live streams or case studies; degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment with flexible scheduling.
