At Nebula Interactive, we are redefining live game entertainment. We are looking for a data driven, creative Senior Game Streaming Producer to lead and elevate our live shows, partner with creators, and drive audience growth.
As a core member of our production team, you will plan, execute, and optimize multiple concurrent streams across platforms, ensuring high production value, consistent branding, and measurable impact on engagement and monetization.
Responsibility
- Lead end to end production of live streams, including pre show prep, on air segments, and post show wrap
- Manage production timelines, rundowns, and cross platform delivery across Twitch, YouTube and other services
- Collaborate with creators, editors, and marketing to optimize content and monetization strategies
- Oversee technical setups including lighting, audio, and streaming software to ensure top tier visuals
- Monitor performance metrics, run A/B tests, and implement improvements based on data
- Develop scalable processes for multi show operations and a strong brand identity
- Mentor junior producers and coordinate with partners to ensure consistent quality
Qualification
- 5+ years in live production or game streaming environment
- Proficient with streaming software (OBS Studio or vMix) and platform integrations
- Strong understanding of audience engagement and monetization strategies
- Excellent project management and cross functional collaboration skills
- Experience with analytics tools and data driven decision making
- Portfolio of live streamed events or series demonstrating innovation and quality
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
