At NebulaPlay Interactive, we craft immersive live experiences across gaming platforms. We are seeking a Senior Game Streaming Producer to lead live stream operations, optimize content for discovery, and build a thriving streaming community.
As the Senior Game Streaming Producer, you’ll partner with product, marketing, and content teams to plan and execute high-impact streams, oversee production quality, and mentor a growing team of streamers and editors. You will own scheduling, technical workflows (OBS, vMix, etc.), analytics, sponsorship integration, and audience engagement strategies.

Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of weekly live streams, events, and tournaments across platforms (Twitch, YouTube, Kick).
- Oversee production quality including set design, lighting, audio, on-screen graphics, and OBS/vMix workflows.
- Collaborate with marketing and product to align streaming content with product launches, events, and campaigns.
- Manage a team of streamers, editors, and moderators; establish SLAs and performance metrics.
- Analyze stream metrics, audience retention, and sponsorship ROI; present insights and optimizations to leadership.
- Develop and maintain streaming schedules, asset libraries, and standard operating procedures.
- Partner with community managers to cultivate an engaged, inclusive live community.
- Experiment with new formats, interactive features, and cross-platform integrations to grow reach and monetization.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Production, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years in live production, streaming, or media operations within gaming or entertainment.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage stakeholders across multiple departments.
- Strong technical proficiency with OBS Studio, vMix, Elgato, and streaming hardware/software.
- Experience with analytics tools (YouTube Analytics, Twitch Studio, Chartbeat, Google Analytics) and sponsorship integration.
- Excellent communication, project management, and storytelling skills.
- Proactive problem-solver with a data-driven approach and strong attention to detail.
- Knowledge of accessibility and inclusivity best practices in live streaming.
