We are seeking a Senior Game Streaming Producer to lead live content across our ecosystem of channels and events. As a senior producer, you will own the end-to-end live production pipeline, collaborating with creators, editors, developers, and marketing to deliver consistent, high-quality streams that resonate with our community.
Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end live production for launches, events, and weekly streams across Twitch and YouTube Live.
- Develop and own the streaming content strategy, including run-of-show, guest plans, and on-screen graphics.
- Manage production calendars, shot lists, vendor coordination, and on-site or remote shoots.
- Monitor stream quality, latency, chat safety, and audience engagement; implement improvements with a data-driven approach.
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to repurpose streams into VODs, shorts, and promotional clips.
- Oversee talent coordination, host onboarding, rehearsal, and on-air moderation to ensure a positive community.
- Analyze performance metrics and generate post-event reports with actionable insights.
- Maintain brand guidelines and standard operating procedures for all live content.
Qualification
- 5+ years in live streaming production or gaming content creation.
- Proficient with OBS Studio, Streamlabs, vMix, or similar; strong technical troubleshooting skills.
- Deep understanding of Twitch and YouTube Live ecosystems; knowledge of monetization, VODs, and clips.
- Excellent on-camera presence, storytelling, and communication; ability to direct a multi-person stream.
- Strong project management skills, scheduling, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience with analytics platforms (Streamlabs, YouTube Analytics, Twitch stats, Google Analytics) and data-driven optimization.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
- Portfolio or showreel demonstrating live production and event coverage.
