LuminaPlay Studios is seeking a Senior Game Streaming Producer to lead live events and drive audience growth across multiple platforms. You will oversee production quality, coordinate cross-functional teams, and elevate our brand presence through engaging, high-energy broadcasts.
In this role you will collaborate with creators, development teams, marketing, and sponsorship partners to design immersive content that resonates with our global gaming community. This is a hands-on position that combines creative storytelling, technical production, and data-driven decision making.
Key outcomes include consistently high-quality streams, strong viewer retention, meaningful sponsorship integrations, and scalable processes that empower a growing network of creators.
Responsibility
- Lead planning and execution of weekly live streams across Twitch, YouTube, and Facebook Gaming, ensuring on-brand quality and consistent cadence.
- Oversee production calendars, run-of-show, asset management, and post-event deliverables (VODs, highlights, captions).
- Coordinate with creators, developers, marketing, and partnership teams to design compelling programming and sponsor integrations.
- Optimize stream setup (OBS Studio, Streamlabs, lighting, audio, overlays) for peak engagement and accessibility.
- Monitor live analytics during streams and post-event performance to inform content decisions and growth strategies.
- Manage a small team of producers and editors; mentor talent and fosters a collaborative culture.
- Ensure brand safety, copyright compliance, and community guidelines across all streams.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Media, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent hands-on experience in live production).
- 3+ years of experience in live game streaming, broadcast production, or multi-channel content creation.
- Proficiency with OBS Studio, Streamlabs, and other streaming tools; familiarity with capture hardware and encoding best practices.
- Strong understanding of audience growth, retention, monetization, sponsorships, and community management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and event days as needed.
- Creative problem-solving mindset with a passion for video games and storytelling.
- Knowledge of copyright, licensing, and platform policies (Twitch, YouTube).
