Lumina Play Studios is seeking a Senior Game Streaming Producer to lead high-production-value live streams, community events, and partner showcases across Twitch, YouTube, and other platforms. You will collaborate with game studios, marketing, and engineering to craft compelling streaming experiences that drive engagement, retention, and revenue.
In this role, you will shape the streaming calendar, direct on-camera talent, manage multi-camera shoots, and optimize content for discovery and monetization. You will partner with product, marketing, and partnerships to translate campaigns into immersive streaming narratives that resonate with global audiences.

Responsibility
- Plan and execute end-to-end live streaming programs across Twitch, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Lead pre-show planning, talent direction, graphics, overlays, and on-screen chat moderation alignment.
- Collaborate with game studios, marketing, and product teams to translate campaigns into streaming narratives.
- Manage production schedules, budgets, and vendor relationships for events and online showcases.
- Analyze stream performance metrics and optimize content strategy for growth and revenue.
- Mentor junior producers and develop scalable streaming playbooks and SOPs.
- Ensure accessibility, localization, and community-first engagement across audiences.
- Coordinate post-event analytics and content repurposing across channels.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Media, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years in live streaming production, esports, or digital media with a proven portfolio of successful streams.
- Expert-level proficiency with streaming software (OBS Studio, Streamlabs, vMix) and platform tools (Twitch Studio, YouTube Studio).
- Strong studio direction, multi-camera switching, graphics overlays, audio mixing, and on-camera presence.
- Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing metrics, optimizing content, and driving growth.
- Excellent project management, cross-functional collaboration, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of rights, monetization strategies, and community guidelines across streaming platforms.
