NebulaPulse Media is seeking a Senior Game Streaming Producer to lead our live broadcast operations for industry-first game streams and events. This role blends storytelling, technical production, and strategic partnerships to deliver premium, multi-platform content for a global audience.
In this role, you will partner with game developers, publishers, creators, and marketing teams to build compelling streaming experiences that entertain, inform, and convert viewers into loyal fans. You will own end-to-end production, from planning and setup to live execution and post-show optimization.
Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end production of live game streams across platforms (Twitch, YouTube Live, and others) with a focus on quality, pacing, and engagement
- Collaborate with game developers, publishers, marketing, and content creators to design and execute strategic streaming calendars
- Oversee technical setup: OBS Studio, Streamlabs/StreamElements, encoder settings, bitrate optimization, audio mixing, and multi-camera switching
- Manage live event production for sponsor integrations, giveaways, co-streams, and exclusive premieres
- Monitor stream analytics, audience retention, VOD performance, and clip generation; implement data-driven improvements
- Recruit, onboard, and mentor streamers; build internal streaming guilds and sponsorship pathways
- Ensure brand safety, DMCA compliance, accessibility, and high production standards across all content
Qualification
- 4+ years in live video production, game streaming, or broadcast operations
- Proficiency with OBS Studio, Streamlabs/StreamElements, and encoding workflows
- Experience with Twitch and YouTube Live, multi-platform distribution, and VOD editing
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using analytics tools (Twitch Insights, YouTube Analytics, Google Analytics)
- Excellent project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Bachelor's degree in media production, communications, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Bonus: familiarity with DMCA compliance, sponsorship integration, and content rights management
