- Partner with product, data, and marketing to translate hypotheses into testable experiments and metrics.
- Architect and implement tracking, dashboards, and instrumentation to surface actionable insights.
- Own funnel optimization and cohort analysis to identify leakage points and opportunities.
- Prototype and quickly ship growth features that impact activation and engagement.
- Advise on pricing, onboarding flows, and onboarding messaging to maximize value realization.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to a data-driven culture across the organization.
Qualification
- 5+ years in growth, growth engineering, product analytics, or performance marketing in high-growth startups.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools; experience with dbt, Looker/Power BI, or equivalent.
- Hands-on experience with experimentation frameworks (A/B tests, multivariate tests) and translating results into product decisions.
- Solid understanding of user onboarding, activation, retention, and monetization metrics.
- Proven ability to collaborate across product, engineering, design, and marketing teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and storytelling with data; technically fluent and able to explain complex insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- BA/BS in a quantitative field; MS preferred.
