- Own growth analytics dashboards and reporting (SQL, GA4, Mixpanel) to surface actionable insights.
- Partner with product, design, and marketing to define and test new features and messaging that accelerate growth.
- Lead A/B testing programs end-to-end, from hypothesis to implementation and post-test learning.
- Instrument events, maintain data quality, and ensure measurement integrity across platforms.
- Identify scalable growth initiatives and build lightweight tooling to automate repetitive tasks.
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders and execs; influence product roadmap.
Qualification
- 5+ years in growth engineering, growth hacking, or data-driven growth roles at startups or tech companies.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python or JavaScript).
- Experience with experimentation platforms, analytics tools (GA4, Mixpanel), and funnel analytics.
- Proven track record of delivering measurable growth through data-informed product changes.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills; comfortable working with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with GTM, CRM systems, email automation, and onboarding flows.
- Bias for action, ownership mindset, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
