- Advanced cutting, coloring, and styling services with precision and care for diverse hair types.
- Client consultations to determine goals, assess hair health, and craft personalized treatment plans.
- Leadership in color theory and technique execution (balayage, foiling, glossing) ensuring color integrity and client satisfaction.
- Mentoring junior stylists and apprentices; fostering a collaborative, high-performance team.
- Maintaining immaculate stations, sanitation standards, and inventory management.
- Driving business growth through client retention, upselling premium treatments, and exceptional service.
- Staying current on trends, products, and techniques; participating in ongoing education.
- Collaborating with management on scheduling, promotions, and events.
Responsibility
- Provide advanced hair cutting, styling, and coloring services to clients with precision and care.
- Consult with clients to understand goals, assess hair health, and recommend personalized service plans.
- Lead color theory and technique execution (balayage, foiling, glossing) ensuring color integrity and client satisfaction.
- Train and mentor junior stylists and apprentices; maintain a collaborative team environment.
- Maintain immaculate station presentation, sanitation standards, and inventory management.
- Drive business growth through client retention, upselling premium treatments, and a polished guest experience.
- Stay current on industry trends, products, and techniques; participate in ongoing education.
- Collaborate with management on scheduling, promotions, and special events.
Qualification
- Licensed cosmetologist in California with 5+ years of professional salon experience.
- Proven expertise in cutting, coloring, and styling for diverse hair types.
- Strong consultation and communication skills with a premium guest service mindset.
- Portfolio demonstrating high-level color work (balayage, balayage retouches, etc.).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, in a high-volume salon.
- Knowledge of advanced color formulations, chemical services, and safety protocols.
- Leadership experience or interest in mentorship and education.
- Team-oriented, reliable, and willing to train junior staff.
