Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a team of junior stylists to deliver exceptional client experiences
- Consult with clients to understand goals and create personalized styling plans
- Perform advanced cutting, coloring, balayage, styling, and treatments with precision
- Maintain impeccable sanitation and safety standards across the salon
- Drive client retention through relationship-building and upselling services
- Stay current with trends and techniques; participate in ongoing training
- Collaborate with management on appointment scheduling, merchandise, and events
Qualification
- Licensed cosmetologist with at least 5 years of experience in a high-volume salon
- Exceptional cutting, coloring, balayage, and styling skills with a strong portfolio
- Proven leadership and mentoring abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service
- Studio sanitation and safety standards expertise
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends
