Responsibility
- Deliver personalized haircuts, color services (including balayage and foils), and styling for diverse clients with precision and artistry.
- Lead private color consultations and design customized color solutions to meet individual goals.
- Maintain impeccable sanitation and safety standards across all tools, stations, and work areas in compliance with state regulations.
- Build and maintain a loyal client base, manage bookings, and upsell services and premium retail products.
- Collaborate with junior stylists and assistants, provide mentorship, and support team scheduling and coverage.
- Stay current with industry trends, participate in ongoing training, and demonstrate advanced cutting, styling, and texture techniques.
- Provide an exceptional guest experience through clear communication, professionalism, and consistent high standards.
Qualification
- Minimum 5 years of professional hair styling experience in upscale salons or luxury brands.
- Valid New York State cosmetology license.
- Expertise in cutting, coloring, balayage, highlights, keratin treatments, and texture services.
- Strong client consultation and relationship-building skills with a client-centric approach.
- Excellent sanitation, safety knowledge, and adherence to health regulations.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings.
- Proven ability to build and maintain a loyal client base and contribute to retail sales.
