Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end design and deployment of scalable IT infrastructure platforms.
- Collaborate with software, security, and operations teams to ensure high availability and performance.
- Architect cloud, on-prem, and hybrid solutions using infrastructure as code (Terraform, Pulumi, or CloudFormation).
- Implement automation and configuration management (Ansible, Puppet, Chef) to drive speed and consistency.
- Drive capacity planning, performance optimization, and cost governance across environments.
- Own disaster recovery, backup strategies, monitoring, and incident response planning.
- Manage vendor relationships, RFPs, and project timelines to deliver on commitments.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years in infrastructure engineering, cloud architecture or site reliability engineering.
- Proficiency with cloud platforms AWS, Azure or GCP and hybrid environments.
- Strong hands-on experience with IaC tools Terraform, Pulumi and CM tools Ansible, Puppet, Chef.
- Expertise in networking, security, IAM, and monitoring/observability.
- Experience with automation, CI/CD, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills; vendor management is a plus.
