We are looking for a Senior Infrastructure Development Engineer to lead the planning and execution of large scale cloud and on premises infrastructure initiatives.
In this role, you will collaborate with platform, security, and software engineering teams to build resilient networks, compute, storage, and automation pipelines. You will drive architecture decisions, mentor engineers, and champion best practices for reliability, performance, and cost optimization.
What you will do include designing scalable cloud and data center infrastructure, implementing IaC with Terraform and Ansible, building CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure changes, and establishing monitoring, alerting, and incident response processes. You will also contribute to capacity planning, disaster recovery, and security hardening.

Responsibility
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable cloud and data center infrastructure with a focus on reliability, security, and performance.
- Develop and maintain infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible) and CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure changes.
- Collaborate with platform and software teams to define technical requirements and ensure seamless integration of services.
- Establish monitoring, logging, alerting, and incident response processes to support SRE objectives.
- Drive capacity planning, cost optimization, and disaster recovery planning across multi region environments.
- Mentor and coach junior engineers, conducting code reviews and architectural discussions.
- Champion security hardening, compliance, and governance across all infrastructure projects.
- Support deployment automation and enable faster, safer release cycles.
Qualification
- Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field; or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of hands on experience in infrastructure engineering, cloud architecture, and data center operations.
- Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and on premises infrastructure management.
- Strong experience with IaC tools such as Terraform and configuration management with Ansible or Puppet.
- Proven expertise in build and release pipelines, monitoring and incident response (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack or CloudWatch).
- Proficient scripting with Python, Bash, or PowerShell; comfortable with Linux and Windows environments.
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and leadership skills with a customer-obsessed mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, cross functional environment with a bias toward action.
