As a critical member of the deal team, you will contribute to all phases of the investment lifecycle, from sourcing to portfolio monitoring, supporting senior leadership with insights that inform decision-making.
Responsibility
- Lead or co-lead financial modeling and valuation analyses (DCF, LBO, comps) to evaluate investment opportunities.
- Support deal sourcing, screening, and initial due diligence to identify high-potential investments.
- Prepare investment memos and present findings to partners for investment decisions.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to quantify addressable market and risk factors.
- Assist with due diligence coordination, vendor requests, and data room management.
- Monitor portfolio company performance, dashboards, and post-investment value creation initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (legal, operations, finance) to execute transactions efficiently.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA candidate preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in investment analysis, private equity, venture capital, or corporate development.
- Strong financial modeling skills (DCF, LBO, sensitivity analysis) and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Solid understanding of valuation methodologies and investment memo writing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to tell a clear investment story.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple deadlines, and collaborate with diverse teams.
- Proactive, analytical mindset with high attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
