What youâll do is implement end-to-end capabilitiesâfrom market sizing to executable business plansâwhile developing your leadership and client-facing skills as you advance within the investment team.
Responsibility
- Lead complex financial modeling, valuation, and scenario analysis for new and existing investments.
- Conduct comprehensive due diligence, market research, and competitive benchmarking to support investment decisions.
- Collaborate with portfolio management and operating teams to monitor performance and identify value-creation opportunities.
- Prepare investment committee materials, present findings, and articulate compelling investment theses.
- Support deal execution, term sheet analysis, and negotiation support with senior partners.
- Track and report on portfolio performance metrics, risk indicators, and exit planning considerations.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; CFA candidate or completed is a plus.
- 2-4 years of relevant investment experience (private equity, equity research, investment banking, or corporate development).
- Strong financial modeling and valuation skills (DCF, multiple-based methods, LBO modeling).
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools; experience with SQL/Python is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present complex ideas clearly to stakeholders.
- Demonstrated integrity, judgment, and a collaborative, high-performance work ethic.
