As a Senior IT Analyst, you will balance operational support with strategic initiatives—ensuring system reliability, data integrity, and efficient incident resolution, while also designing and implementing improvements that streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and enable data‑driven decision making. You will engage with stakeholders at all levels, translate business needs into technical requirements, and help drive governance and security standards across the IT landscape. You will participate in project planning, risk assessments, and change management to ensure smooth delivery and user adoption.

Responsibility
- Own day-to-day IT operations and incident management to minimize downtime and disruption for business users.
- Partner with business units to gather requirements, analyze processes, and translate needs into clear, actionable IT solutions.
- Support and optimize ERP and other enterprise systems; coordinate with vendors and internal teams on configuration, upgrades, and maintenance.
- Lead IT projects from scoping through delivery, including timelines, resource planning, and success metrics.
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision making and performance tracking.
- Apply ITIL-aligned governance, change management, and security controls to safeguard data and systems.
- Develop user training materials and provide effective end-user support to maximize adoption and productivity.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; equivalent practical experience accepted.
- 5+ years experience as an IT analyst or in a similar IT operations/analytical role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured, solution-oriented mindset.
- Hands-on experience with ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and proficiency in SQL and data analysis.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes, incident/change/request management, and security best practices.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities; comfortable working with diverse teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving business needs.
