As a Senior IT Consultant, you will bridge business needs with technical delivery, ensuring outcomes align with client objectives and industry best practices. This role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and a proven track record of delivering complex IT programs on time and within scope.
Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end IT consulting engagements, from scoping and requirements gathering to delivery and client sign-off.
- Assess current IT architectures and provide strategic recommendations for modernization, cloud adoption, and optimization.
- Develop and present technology roadmaps and business cases to executives and stakeholders.
- Manage project plans, timelines, risks, and budgets; coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors.
- Guide solution design, platform selection (cloud, ERP, data, security), and implementation strategies.
- Oversee change management, user adoption, and training to maximize value realization.
- Foster strong client relationships, identify opportunities for expansion, and contribute to proposal development.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5-7 years of IT consulting or equivalent experience with a focus on enterprise technology.
- Proven experience leading complex technology transformations, cloud migrations (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud), and data initiatives.
- Strong business acumen and ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Certification in relevant frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, ITIL, PMP) is preferred.
- Ability to travel up to 25-30% as client engagements require.
