NovaTech Solutions is seeking a Senior IT Consultant to help clients design and implement strategic technology solutions. You will work with cross functional teams to deliver high impact outcomes across cloud, data, and digital transformation initiatives. This is a client facing role requiring strong analytic and communication skills.
As a Senior IT Consultant you will translate business needs into technical requirements, lead engagements, and ensure project delivery on scope, time, and budget. You will mentor junior staff and contribute to our knowledge base and methodology.
Responsibility
- Lead requirement gathering sessions with clients and translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Manage IT consulting engagements from discovery through delivery, ensuring scope, timeline, and budget alignment.
- Design and implement scalable solutions across cloud, data integration, and ecosystem modernization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define roadmaps, metrics, and success criteria.
- Assess risks, manage project budgets, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Mentor and coach junior consultants; contribute to best practices and reference architectures.
- Build trusted client relationships and present findings with confidence.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of IT consulting or implementation experience.
- Strong proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and data analytics.
- Experience with systems integration, ERP/CRM implementations, and data governance.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills; fluency in English; German is a plus.
- Project management experience and certifications (PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus.
