You will collaborate with executives and technical teams to craft scalable architectures, implement migrations, and deliver tangible outcomes. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on delivery and client relationship management.
Responsibilities include designing IT strategies, guiding cloud deployments (AWS/Azure), ensuring governance and security, and mentoring junior consultants. If you're passionate about solving complex business problems with technology, we want you on our team.
Responsibility
- Lead IT strategy engagements and translate business goals into actionable technical roadmaps.
- Advise clients on cloud architectures and digital transformation initiatives (AWS, Azure, or multi-cloud).
- Manage project delivery, timelines, and budgets; oversee junior consultants and workstreams.
- Conduct requirements gathering, process mapping, and gap analysis to define the solution scope.
- Develop governance, security, and compliance frameworks aligned with industry standards.
- Produce client-ready artifacts including architecture diagrams, RACI matrices, and roadmaps.
- Foster strong client relationships, present findings to senior stakeholders, and identify new opportunities.
- Mentor teams and drive adoption through training, workshops, and hands-on coaching.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (MBA or MS preferred).
- 5+ years of IT consulting or advisory experience with demonstrated client impact.
- Deep expertise in cloud architectures and migration projects (AWS and/or Azure).
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience with data analysis, SQL, and integration of enterprise systems; knowledge of security principles.
- Industry certifications such as AWS/Azure, PMP, or similar are preferred.
- Ability to travel up to 50% (depending on client needs).
