NovaBridge IT Consulting is seeking a Senior IT Consultant to partner with enterprise clients on complex technology programs. Based in Seattle or remotely in the Pacific Northwest, this role blends advisory work with hands-on delivery to drive measurable business outcomes.
As a trusted advisor, you will lead IT strategy, cloud migrations, ERP integrations, and security assessments while collaborating with cross-functional teams and executives. You will translate business needs into executable technical plans, define roadmaps, and ensure successful delivery across portfolios.

Responsibility
- Lead and deliver IT strategy engagements, defining target architectures and roadmaps aligned to business goals.
- Manage cloud migrations (AWS/Azure) including governance, cost optimization, and security controls.
- Oversee ERP and data integration projects, ensuring seamless data flows, reliability, and user adoption.
- Perform risk assessments, cybersecurity reviews, and compliance alignment with industry standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements and measurable outcomes.
- Develop and mentor junior consultants, contribute to practice development, and evangelize best practices.
- Create executive-ready deliverables, including dashboards, business cases, and ROI analyses.
- Ensure quality, on-time delivery, and proactive issue resolution across portfolios.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 7+ years of IT consulting, solution architecture, or equivalent delivery experience.
- Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and cloud security best practices.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems, data integration, APIs, and data governance.
- Demonstrated ability to lead client engagements, manage stakeholders, and present to executives.
- Excellent problem-solving, written and verbal communication skills, and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, TOGAF, PMP) are a plus.
- Eligibility to work in the United States; willing to travel up to 25% as required.
