Responsibility
- Lead IT strategy engagements and project governance for client portfolios.
- Assess client environments (infrastructure, applications, data) and define roadmaps with measurable outcomes.
- Design target architectures for cloud, security, integrations, and data platforms, plus high-level implementation plans.
- Manage client communications, workshops, and stakeholder alignment across business and IT teams.
- Develop and track project plans, budgets, risk registers, and success metrics; monitor progress and adjust as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (vendor partners, engineering, and external vendors) to deliver outcomes on time and within budget.
- Provide change management, training, and knowledge transfer to client teams to ensure adoption and value realization.
Qualification
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5+ years of IT consulting or equivalent delivery experience with a track record of successful client engagements.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and migrations, security controls, and modern architectures.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; ability to translate tech concepts for business audiences.
- Experience in delivering digital transformation initiatives, data initiatives, and cloud-native solutions.
- Project management skills; certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent are a plus.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% to support client engagements (post-pandemic travel policies permitting).
