Join Nexus IT Consulting Partners, a leading IT advisory firm delivering strategic technology programs for enterprise clients. We are seeking a Senior IT Consultant to drive digital transformation and IT excellence for our clients.
In this role, you will partner with executives and IT leaders to assess current environments, design scalable architectures, and implement cloud, security, and data solutions that align with business strategy.
You will lead multi-disciplinary engagements, manage client relationships, and mentor junior consultants, while contributing to business development and practice growth.
Responsibility
- Lead and manage IT strategy engagements, including scoping, deliverables, timelines, and client communication.
- Assess client environments and design scalable architectures across cloud, on prem, and hybrid deployments.
- Plan and execute cloud migrations (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) with emphasis on security and compliance.
- Define governance, risk, and compliance controls; implement security best practices and data protection measures.
- Develop roadmaps and business cases; partner with clients to measure value and ROI.
- Mentor and guide junior consultants; support talent development and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
- Contribute to practice growth through proposals, thought leadership, and client development.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 5-7 years of IT consulting or equivalent experience delivering technology transformation programs.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and modern IT operating models.
- Proven project management and PMO experience; able to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills; fluent in business and technical language.
- Relevant certifications (AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect, TOGAF, ITIL) preferred.
- Willingness to travel as needed to serve client engagements.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on business outcomes.
