We’re seeking a Senior IT Consultant who blends deep technical acumen with executive-level communication to deliver measurable business outcomes.
What you’ll do: partner with client teams to design and implement cloud and digital initiatives, lead architecture reviews, manage stakeholder expectations, and drive project delivery with an outcomes-focused mindset.
Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end IT consulting engagements focused on cloud strategy, architecture, and migration.
- Collaborate with business leaders to translate requirements into actionable IT roadmaps.
- Perform cloud & infrastructure assessments, establish reference architectures (Azure/AWS), and define migration plans.
- Develop and track project plans, timelines, risks, and budgets, ensuring on-time delivery.
- Provide governance, vendor management, and vendor selections when needed.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal knowledge sharing and accelerators.
- Partner on security, compliance, and data governance considerations in cloud environments.
- Drive client-facing communication, workshops, and executive-level reporting.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- 5+ years of IT consulting or enterprise IT experience with cloud migration and digital transformation.
- Today’s cloud proficiency: Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud; certifications like Azure Solutions Architect, AWS CA, or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of IT architectures, security, data governance, and compliance (e.g., GDPR, SOC2).
- Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Experience in project management, change management, and delivering measurable business outcomes.
- Ability to work independently in a client-facing environment and travel as needed.
- Proven problem-solving and analytical skills, with customer-centric mindset.
