As a Senior IT Consultant, you will work with cross-functional teams, lead client engagements, and mentor junior consultants to drive successful outcomes.
Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end IT consulting engagements from scoping to delivery, ensuring on-time, on-budget outcomes.
- Assess client IT landscapes, identify gaps, and develop pragmatic roadmaps aligned to business goals.
- Design and implement cloud strategies (IaaS/PaaS), data platforms, and security controls with a risk-based approach.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions and measurable KPIs.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource planning; mentor and coach junior consultants.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops, prepare executive-level reports, and communicate complex concepts clearly.
- Lead change management activities and ensure successful adoption of new technologies.
- Contribute to practice development, methodology improvements, and reusable artifacts.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- Minimum 5-7 years of IT consulting or equivalent delivery experience.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and cloud-native architectures.
- Proven track record in digital transformation initiatives, data analytics, ERP implementations, or cybersecurity programs.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; ability to influence C-level audiences.
- Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) or equivalent experience; familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Ability to travel up to 20-30% as required by client projects.
- U.S. work authorization; must be able to work in the United States.
