As a Senior IT Consultant, you will lead advisory engagements, design practical roadmaps for cloud adoption, ERP integration, data analytics, and cybersecurity, and partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into executable technology programs. This is a client-facing role requiring deep technical expertise, strong communication, and a results-driven mindset.
What you will do is to diagnose client challenges, craft Transformation blueprints, align with governance models, and deliver value through hands-on execution and coaching of client teams.

Responsibility
- Lead IT strategy and digital transformation engagements for enterprise clients, from discovery to execution.
- Assess current IT landscapes, define target architectures, and develop pragmatic, value-driven roadmaps.
- Design and oversee cloud migrations (AWS, Azure, or multi-cloud) and modernization programs.
- Orchestrate system integrations, data migration, and analytics initiatives to enable data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with executives and technical stakeholders to manage change, governance, and risk.
- Mentor client teams and junior consultants; develop reusable assets and accelerators.
- Provide thought leadership on IT operating models, ITIL/TOGAF practices, and security frameworks.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
- 8+ years of IT consulting, solution architecture, or implementation experience in enterprise environments.
- Proven track record delivering cloud migration, ERP, or data analytics programs with measurable outcomes.
- Strong business acumen and ability to translate business requirements into technology solutions.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills in English.
- Experience with AWS/Azure, data platforms, and integration technologies; familiarity with security frameworks is a plus.
- Professional certifications (AWS Solutions Architect, TOGAF, ITIL) are preferred.
- Willingness to travel as needed to client sites (post-pandemic norms).
