Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end IT strategy engagements, developing roadmaps and business cases aligned with client objectives.
- Assess current IT environments, including applications, data, security, and infrastructure, and identify optimization opportunities.
- Design target architectures and migration plans for cloud, on-prem, and hybrid environments (Azure/AWS).
- Oversee project delivery, timelines, budgets, and risk management; ensure client value and ROI.
- Collaborate with executives and stakeholders to align IT initiatives with business strategy; communicate complex concepts clearly.
- Mentor and coach junior consultants; contribute to proposals, RFPs, and business development efforts.
- Evaluate technologies and vendors; drive vendor selection, negotiations, and contract management.
- Ensure governance, security, compliance, and quality standards across engagements.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of IT consulting or equivalent client-facing experience delivering technology transformations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP), architecture design, and security best practices.
- Project management experience; familiarity with PM frameworks and agile methodologies; PMP or similar certification is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple engagements and a willingness to travel as needed (up to 25-40% depending on client location).
- Certifications such as TOGAF, CISSP, or cloud architect certifications are a plus.
