We are seeking a Senior IT Consultant to lead cloud & digital transformation initiatives, align IT strategy with business goals, and deliver measurable value.
In this role, you will partner with executive stakeholders, design scalable cloud architectures, oversee ERP and data migration, and ensure security and compliance across complex environments.
Responsibility
- Lead IT strategy sessions and translate business goals into actionable technology roadmaps.
- Design, implement, and optimize cloud architectures across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
- Oversee end-to-end digital transformation initiatives, including architecture, migration, and integration.
- Manage ERP and data migration projects, ensuring data quality, governance, and cutover readiness.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to define requirements, manage scope, risk, and budgets; ensure on-time delivery.
- Ensure security, privacy, and compliance across all client environments (ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA as applicable).
- Mentor junior consultants, contribute to thought leadership, and support business development with proposals and demos.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; 5+ years IT consulting or advisory experience.
- Proven expertise in cloud architecture and migration (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Strong understanding of IT strategy, digital transformation, and enterprise systems (ERP or CRM).
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills; ability to influence at executive level.
- Project management experience; relevant certifications (PMP/PRINCE2) and cloud certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP) preferred.
- Solid knowledge of data integration, security, and compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, GDPR, SOC 2).
- Ability to travel up to 50% to client sites; work across multiple time zones as needed.
- Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and BI tools is a plus.
