Responsibility
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable IT infrastructure across on-prem and cloud environments (AWS/Azure).
- Lead system provisioning, automation, and configuration management using IaC and CI/CD pipelines.
- Ensure security, compliance, and data protection across all technology layers.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents with a focus on speed and quality of service.
- Collaborate with software and product teams to optimize performance and reliability.
- Mentor and develop junior engineers, establishing best practices and coding standards.
- Evaluate new technologies and drive modernization initiatives to reduce costs and increase agility.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of IT engineering experience in cloud and infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of AWS and/or Azure, networking, and security best practices.
- Proficiency in scripting (Python, PowerShell) and automation tools (Terraform, Ansible).
- Experience with IAM, encryption, SIEM, and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to mentor others.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
