Responsibility
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable IT infrastructure across on-prem and cloud environments (AWS/Azure).
- Lead monitoring, incident response, and disaster recovery planning to ensure high availability and resilience.
- Develop automation and CI/CD pipelines to improve delivery velocity and reduce manual toil.
- Collaborate with software engineering teams to optimize performance, reliability, and security of services.
- Manage security controls, compliance, and vulnerability management in line with industry standards.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to architecture reviews and best-practice guidance.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of IT engineering experience in cloud, networks, and systems administration.
- Strong knowledge of AWS and/or Azure, Linux/Windows Server, virtualization, and networking fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience with automation and configuration management tools (Terraform, Ansible, PowerShell, Python).
- Proficiency with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, or equivalent).
- Experience with security and compliance standards (NIST, SOC 2, ISO 27001) and incident response.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
