Responsibility
- Design, implement, and manage scalable IT infrastructure including servers, storage, networks, and virtualization.
- Lead deployment of cloud services (AWS/Azure) and hybrid environments with a focus on reliability and cost optimization.
- Collaborate with security to enforce hardening, monitoring, and incident response plans.
- Develop automation scripts for provisioning, configuration management, and routine maintenance.
- Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system health using data-driven approaches.
- Drive IT projects from discovery to production, including documentation and stakeholder communication.
- Provide second and third line support for complex incidents and mentor junior engineers.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of IT infrastructure engineering experience.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and networking.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and automation tools (Ansible, Terraform, PowerShell, Bash).
- Proficiency in scripting and automation; familiarity with SQL and monitoring tools.
- Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, CCNA/CCNP, or equivalent preferred.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to work across teams and manage projects.
- Occasional on-call and on-site responsibilities may apply.
