What you’ll do:
- Design and operate scalable IT infrastructure across cloud providers and on-premises systems.
- Develop and maintain automation pipelines, monitoring, and incident response tooling.
- Collaborate with software teams to deploy and optimize applications in production.
- Implement security controls, identity management, backup, and disaster recovery strategies.
- Lead IT projects, mentor junior engineers, and optimize budget utilization.
- Evaluate new technologies and drive improvements in reliability, performance, and cost.

Responsibility
- Architect and maintain scalable IT infrastructure across cloud and on-prem environments.
- Design, implement, and monitor automation pipelines and observability tooling.
- Collaborate with development teams to accelerate secure software delivery.
- Establish security controls, IAM, DR/BCP, and compliance practices.
- Manage IT budgets, vendor relations, and asset lifecycles.
- Lead projects, mentor engineers, and drive improvements in reliability and performance.
- Provide 24/7 on-call support and incident response leadership when needed.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of IT engineering or systems administration experience.
- Proven experience with AWS or Azure, virtualization, Linux, and Windows Server ecosystems.
- Proficiency in scripting (Python, PowerShell) and infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
- Strong networking fundamentals and security best practices.
- Experience with monitoring/observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch).
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
