Elevate Pro Coaching is a premium coaching practice dedicated to helping professionals unlock their potential. We design outcomes oriented coaching programs for leaders, managers, and high performers. This full time role is based in New York City with flexible remote options for select clients. You will partner with clients to facilitate meaningful change, deliver structured coaching sessions, and contribute to a high performance culture.
As a Senior Life and Executive Coach, you will use evidence based methods to guide clients toward ambitious goals, improve core leadership capabilities, and create sustainable growth. We offer competitive compensation, generous professional development budget, and a collaborative team environment.
Responsibility
- Design and deliver one on one coaching sessions for clients at various career stages.
- Partner with clients to set ambitious measurable goals and track progress.
- Develop personalized growth plans incorporating assessment tools and feedback.
- Facilitate group workshops on leadership, communication, and resilience.
- Maintain accurate client records, session notes, and progress dashboards.
- Collaborate with marketing to create compelling client success stories with consent.
- Maintain credentialing and ongoing professional development.
Qualification
- Certified professional coach with at least 5 years of experience in life or executive coaching.
- Strong ability to listen, synthesize insights, and challenge assumptions.
- Proven track record of helping clients achieve tangible outcomes.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills for individual and group sessions.
- Knowledge of coaching frameworks and assessment tools such as GROW, SMART goals, CliftonStrengths.
- Ability to work independently and manage a diverse client base in a remote and in person setting.
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, business, or related field; advanced certifications preferred.
