Responsibility
- Lead makeup design for bridal, editorial, red-carpet, and events with a focus on longevity and photography-friendly finishes
- Consult with clients to determine vision, skin type, and color palette; translate concepts into actionable looks
- Ensure makeup application adheres to sanitation protocols and maintains an organized, professional kit
- Coach and supervise junior artists on-site; provide constructive feedback and post-shoot debriefs
- Collaborate with photographers, stylists, and clients to maintain cohesive visuals across shoots
- Manage scheduling, bookings, inventory, and upsell opportunities for additional services
- Stay current with industry trends, product launches, and new techniques
Qualification
- Minimum 5 years of professional makeup artistry experience with strong bridal and editorial portfolio
- Proven ability to craft looks for diverse skin tones and lighting conditions
- Cosmetology license or makeup artistry certification preferred; strict sanitation and hygiene practices
- Excellent client consultation, communication, and professionalism under pressure
- Proficiency with traditional and airbrush makeup; solid knowledge of color theory
- Ability to work on-location and in-studio; flexible schedule including weekends and evenings
- Strong portfolio demonstrating high-end aesthetics and storytelling through makeup
- Mentorship mindset with willingness to guide junior artists
