Join Pengiklan Anonim as Senior Manager Finance / Head of Finance OOH and lead the financial heartbeat of our dynamic company. Based in Jakarta and reporting to the CEO, you will own the full spectrum of finance, accounting, treasury, taxation, and governance for our Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising business. This is a strategic leadership role ideal for a proactive, hands-on finance leader who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
As the Head of Finance, you will shape strategy and drive performance through rigorous planning, robust controls, and insightful analysis. You will partner with senior management to drive profitability, optimize working capital, and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in accordance with applicable standards and local regulations. You will lead and develop a high-performing finance team, implement scalable processes, and leverage technology to automate routines and enhance decision-making.

You will own budgeting and forecasting cycles, monthly close, and statutory reporting; oversee cash flow, treasury operations, and tax compliance; manage risk, internal controls, and audit readiness; lead cost optimization and capital expenditure evaluation; drive performance metrics, dashboards, and management reporting; lead ERP/BI initiatives; mentor a growing finance team; and ensure regulatory compliance within Indonesia. This is a pivotal role with regional impact and a clear path to broader leadership opportunities.
Responsibility
- Lead all finance functions including accounting, FP&A, treasury, tax, and compliance for the organization, with a focus on the OOH advertising segment.
- Own the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes; deliver accurate monthly and quarterly closes.
- Prepare timely, accurate financial statements and management reports in line with Indonesian standards (GAAP) and regulatory requirements.
- Manage cashflow, banking relationships, and working capital to optimize liquidity and funding needs.
- Implement and monitor robust internal controls, risk management, and audit readiness; coordinate with internal and external auditors.
- Drive profitability through cost control, pricing reviews, capital expenditure assessments, and performance analytics.
- Lead ERP/BI initiatives and automation projects to improve efficiency, accuracy, and decision-making.
- Develop and mentor the finance team; foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and cross-functional partnership.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; professional qualifications (CA/CPA/ACCA) preferred.
- 8+ years of progressively responsible experience in finance leadership roles; experience in media/advertising or OOH is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations; experience with IFRS a plus.
- Proven track record in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and management reporting.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP/Oracle/NetSuite) and data analytics tools; strong Excel skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management; ability to influence at the executive level.
- Strategic thinker with strong business acumen, analytical mindset, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English; ability to work effectively in a bilingual environment.
