We are seeking a Senior Medical Representative to lead hospitalāfacing initiatives in the Central Region. This role blends strategic field sales with targeted marketing support, and includes transport and communications allowances to enable proactive, onāsite engagement with healthcare professionals.
As a Senior Medical Representative, you will promote our portfolio to hospital physicians, specialists, pharmacists, and procurement teams. You will provide clinical information, conduct impactful product demonstrations, and support medical education initiatives that comply with local regulations. Collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Supply Chain to ensure timely product availability and successful product launches, while maintaining the highest standards of ethics and compliance. Responsibility
- Develop and execute territory sales plans for hospital accounts in the Central Region, aligning with regional marketing strategies to drive product adoption and market share growth.
- Build and nurture relationships with key hospital stakeholders, including physicians, specialists, pharmacists, procurement teams, and hospital administrators.
- Deliver compelling clinical presentations, product demonstrations, and medical education sessions to support evidenceābased prescribing.
- Manage a robust sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual targets.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Regulatory Compliance to execute promotional campaigns and physician engagement activities that comply with local regulations.
- Coordinate with Distribution and Logistics to ensure timely product supply, accurate inventory, and effective promo material management for hospital channels.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM, report field insights, and provide competitive intelligence to support strategy and training needs.
- Adhere to company policies, patient confidentiality (PDPA), and hospital access protocols while delivering ethical, patientācentric care.
Qualification
- Bachelorās degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field; relevant clinical or healthcare background considered.
- Minimum 3ā5 years of fieldābased pharmaceutical or medical device sales experience, with a proven track record in hospital accounts.
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and presentation skills; ability to influence at all levels of hospital staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English; proficiency in local languages an advantage.
- Selfāmotivated, resultsādriven, with the ability to work independently in a fieldābased role and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with Singaporeās healthcare landscape, hospital procurement processes, and regulatory requirements (PDPA, etc.).
- Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office; dataādriven with strong problemāsolving and analytical abilities.
- Valid Singapore driverās license and willingness to travel within the Central Region as required.
