  • Develop and implement strategic negotiation playbooks for complex multi-party deals.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Legal, Compliance, and Finance to draft, review, and finalize contracts.
  • Analyze financials and risk factors; perform scenario modeling to protect margins and value realization.
  • Identify value-based terms, incentives, and concessions aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Manage cross-functional stakeholders; maintain transparent negotiation timelines and clear communication with clients.
  • Coach and mentor junior negotiators and support teams to raise organizational capability.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Economics or related field; MBA or JD preferred.
  • 5+ years of professional negotiation experience in B2B, procurement, or sales environments.
  • Proven track record of closing high-value deals with favorable terms and sustainable outcomes.
