NovaBridge Solutions is seeking a Senior Negotiation Specialist to lead high-stakes commercial negotiations with vendors, suppliers, and strategic partners. You will craft winâwin terms, optimize contract structures, and drive revenue growth while mitigating risk.
In this role, you will partner with Legal, Procurement, Finance, and Sales to shape terms that protect integrity and maximize value. You will translate data into actionable negotiation strategies, develop playbooks, and mentor junior teammates to raise our organizationâs negotiation maturity.
Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end negotiation strategy for complex deals with vendors, partners, and clients to maximize value and minimize risk.
- Analyze commercial terms, pricing, and risk exposure; develop data-driven strategies and BATNA scenarios.
- Prepare and maintain negotiation playbooks, concession grids, and contract templates to ensure consistency.
- Collaborate with Legal, Procurement, Finance, and Sales to align terms with business objectives and compliance.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, communicate progress, and drive timely deal closure.
- Mentor and coach junior negotiators, delivering trainings on negotiation techniques and best practices.
- Track performance metrics, conduct post-deal reviews, and implement continuous improvements to negotiation processes.
Qualification
- 5+ years in negotiation, procurement, or deal management within B2B environments.
- Proven track record closing complex contracts with multiple parties across regions.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills with proficiency in Excel/BI tools.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and conflict resolution abilities.
- Solid understanding of contract law basics, risk assessment, and compliance considerations.
- Bachelor's degree required; JD or MBA preferred.
- Experience with contract management systems, CRM software, and negotiation software.
