Responsibility
- Lead and manage complex contract negotiations with vendors, customers, and strategic partners while safeguarding client interests.
- Design negotiation playbooks, pricing strategies, and value-based proposals to maximize terms and outcomes.
- Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Sales to align objectives, risk, and value across deals.
- Analyze market benchmarks, financial models, and risk factors to inform decision making.
- Coach and mentor cross-functional teams and junior negotiators to elevate negotiation performance.
- Track deal progress, KPIs, and ROI; provide transparent reporting to stakeholders.
- Manage post-negotiation implementation and relationship management to ensure contractual adherence.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 7+ years of negotiation, procurement, or deal-making experience in relevant industries.
- Proven track record of closing complex multi-stakeholder agreements with favorable terms.
- Strong analytical skills; proficiency with data-driven decision making and Excel.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and cross-cultural collaboration.
- Legal/contractual understanding; knowledge of risk assessment and compliance.
- Ability to work in Singapore and across APAC; travel flexibility.
