Responsibility
- Lead complex negotiations with internal and external stakeholders, aligning interests and objectives to close high-value contracts.
- Develop negotiation strategies, BATNA analysis, and risk assessment to maximize favorable terms.
- Collaborate with legal, procurement, sales, and finance teams to draft and refine agreements.
- Manage end-to-end deal lifecycle from initial scoping to signature, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.
- Analyze market data and competitive landscape to inform negotiating positions and pricing strategies.
- Coach and mentor junior negotiators; share best practices across the organization.
- Drive win-win outcomes by identifying value creation opportunities and concessions.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree; MBA or JD preferred.
- 5+ years in negotiation, procurement, sales, or business development with proven results.
- Strong understanding of contract law basics, terms and conditions, and risk allocation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication; executive presence; ability to influence at C-suite level.
- Data-driven decision-making; proficiency with Excel analytics; ability to build business cases.
- Project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Comfortable in fast-paced, high-stakes environments; resilient and adaptable.
