As a Senior Network Engineer, you will partner with security, cloud, and application teams to ensure high availability, performance, and resilience across campus, data center, and WAN environments. You will lead critical initiatives, mentor teammates, and shape network strategy.

Responsibility
- Design, deploy, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure across data centers, campuses, and cloud interconnects.
- Configure and manage routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers from Cisco, Juniper, and peers; implement network segmentation and security controls.
- Monitor performance, capacity, and reliability using monitoring tools; proactively troubleshoot incidents and document root causes.
- Lead SD-WAN and WAN optimization projects; evaluate new technologies to improve efficiency and resilience.
- Collaborate with security, cloud, and application teams to implement safe and scalable network solutions; support zero-trust initiatives.
- Develop and maintain accurate network diagrams, runbooks, and Standard Operating Procedures.
- Mentor junior engineers, conduct knowledge sharing sessions, and participate in the on-call rotation.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5-7 years of hands-on enterprise networking experience.
- Professional certifications such as CCNA and CCNP (CCIE preferred).
- Strong experience with Cisco IOS/NX-OS and Juniper Junos; proficiency in BGP, OSPF, VLANs, QoS, and VPN technologies.
- Experience with firewall platforms (Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco ASA) and load balancers; familiarity with SD-WAN and cloud networking.
- Proficiency in network automation using Python, Ansible, or similar tools; ability to build repeatable processes.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills; ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
