Pinnacle Technologies is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to join our dynamic IT team based in the heart of Silicon Valley. As a core member of our infrastructure division, you'll architect, implement, and optimize cutting-edge networking solutions to ensure maximum uptime, scalability, and security across our operations. Responsibility
- Design, deploy, and manage enterprise network infrastructures (LAN, WAN, SDN, VPN, Wi-Fi).
- Monitor network performance, troubleshoot critical incidents, and resolve complex connectivity issues.
- Develop and enforce network security policies, manage firewalls, IDS/IPS, and access controls.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on network integration for cloud and on-prem solutions.
- Configure, upgrade, and patch Cisco, Juniper, and other network hardware and software.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation on network configurations and procedures.
- Lead network capacity planning and disaster recovery initiatives.
- Mentor and support junior engineers in best practices and troubleshooting.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ hands-on experience in enterprise network engineering.
- CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent major network certifications strongly preferred.
- Deep expertise with Cisco, Juniper, and Aruba networking technologies.
- Proven knowledge in routing, switching, VPN, firewall, and wireless systems.
- Strong understanding of network security principles and compliance standards.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
