Join AetherNet Technologies as a Senior Network Engineer and help architect, deploy, and optimize high-availability networks across enterprise clients. This role focuses on routing, switching, data center fabrics, security integration, and network automation.

Responsibility
- Design and implement scalable enterprise networks (LAN, WAN, data center) including spine-leaf fabrics and campus networks.
- Lead routing and switching strategies, optimize BGP/OSPF, EVPN, MPLS VPNs, and VPN services for reliability and performance.
- Lead security integrations across the network (firewalls, IPS/IDS, secure access, zero-trust architectures).
- Architect and implement network automation using Python, Ansible, and related tooling to reduce manual tasks and errors.
- Collaborate with DevOps and cloud teams to support cloud connectivity (AWS, Azure) and SD-WAN deployments.
- Conduct capacity planning, performance tuning, incident response, and post-incident reviews; maintain comprehensive runbooks.
- Mentor junior engineers, drive best practices, and contribute to network-related documentation and standards.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field; or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of enterprise network engineering experience with strong Cisco skills.
- Certifications: CCNP or equivalent; CCIE preferred.
- Deep knowledge of BGP, OSPF, EVPN, data center fabrics, SD-WAN, VPNs, and firewall technologies.
- Experience with network automation: Python, Ansible, or similar; knowledge of NetDevOps concepts.
- Cloud networking experience (AWS/Azure) and hybrid cloud connectivity.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and project-management skills.
- Experience with monitoring and analytics tools (e.g., Wireshark, NetFlow, SolarWinds) is a plus.
