We are seeking a hands on Senior Network Engineer to architect, deploy, and manage our clients networks, focusing on performance, security, and reliability. This role combines design leadership with day to day operations across LAN, WAN, data center, and cloud connectivity.

Responsibility
- Design and implement enterprise network architectures across LAN, WAN, data center, and cloud connectivity.
- Configure and manage routing protocols such as BGP and OSPF, and optimize switching in large-scale environments.
- Lead deployment of network infrastructure including firewalls, VPNs, load balancers, and SD-WAN gateways.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize network performance using industry standard tools and dashboards.
- Ensure network security, segmentation, and compliance through robust policies and access controls.
- Collaborate with DevOps, security, and application teams to support cloud migrations and automation initiatives.
- Document designs, configurations, runbooks, and change management procedures for operational excellence.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 7+ years of hands on experience in enterprise networking and infrastructure.
- Deep knowledge of routing protocols including BGP, OSPF, and IS-IS; experience with MPLS is a plus.
- Hands on experience with Cisco and Juniper equipment; professional certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, or JNCIP/JNCIS-SEC preferred.
- Experience designing and supporting data center, WAN, DMZ, VPN, and firewall environments (Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, etc.).
- Proficiency in network automation and scripting with Python, Ansible, or similar tools; familiarity with NETCONF and SDN concepts.
- Strong problem solving, written and verbal communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 10-15% as needed.
